We offer professional photography and videography for businesses, brands and individuals. Our services include commercial photography, promotional videos, portraits, personal branding, events, weddings, lifestyle photography and other creative projects.

Every project is planned individually to meet the client's requirements.

All quotations provided by D2 Story Works are completely free and without obligation.

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If the project requirements change after the quotation has been issued, we reserve the right to amend the quotation accordingly.

Unless otherwise stated, quotations remain valid for 30 days.

Our standard photography and videography rates are:

Half Day (up to 4 hours): £400

Full Day (up to 8 hours): £750

These prices include planning, photography or videography, professional editing and digital delivery.

Travel, accommodation, venue fees, permits or specialist equipment may incur additional charges where applicable. Any additional costs will always be discussed before work begins.

A booking is only confirmed once the required 50% deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid before delivery of the completed photographs or videos unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Dates cannot be reserved without payment of the deposit.

If you choose to cancel your booking, any deposit paid is non-refundable as it secures your booking date and covers administrative and planning costs.

Where possible, we will always try to accommodate requests to reschedule bookings. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required permissions have been obtained for photography or filming at the chosen location.

Clients should also ensure that timings, access arrangements and any important information are communicated before the booking date.

D2 Story Works cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by inaccurate information or restricted access.

Every photographer and videographer has their own creative style. By booking D2 Story Works, you acknowledge that you have viewed our portfolio and understand the style and approach of our work.

While we always consider client requests, creative decisions including composition, editing style, colour grading and final image selection remain at our professional discretion.

Every photograph and video is professionally edited before delivery.

To maintain the quality and reputation of our work, RAW photographs, unedited video footage and original project files are not supplied unless specifically agreed in writing.

Completed projects are delivered digitally using secure online services such as WeTransfer or Dropbox.

Delivery times vary depending on the size and complexity of each project. Estimated turnaround times will be discussed during the booking process.

Where unforeseen circumstances cause delays, clients will be kept informed.
